External Support Workers

Welcome to this elearning program which has been developed by the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program and the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET).

This eLearning program focuses on the roles and responsibilities of workers who are externally employed (paid or unpaid) by individuals and organisations to provide support to students with disability in tertiary settings. The program aims to develop your understanding of how you can best provide this support and manage your responsibilities.​

This program is free for individuals to undertake online.

A Certificate of Completion is available to download once you have successfully completed all the modules and quizzes. A unique verification digital badge that can be included in your email or LinkedIn profile will also be sent to you the following month.
